  • Can 2 people use the same voucher?

eg1. Instead of one person doing a supervised rock climbing session one day and abseiling another day, can two people both do the rock climbing session?

eg2. Instead of hiring a kayak out on a Friday and again on a Sunday, can two kayaks be hired out on the Sunday?

  • Failure to attend your booked session will void voucher

So, failing to attend one session (sick perhaps) will void the entire voucher??? That's a bit harsh if so! :o

    • They're loss leading with this I'm sure. Having an empty seat would go against the whole point which would be to get people in to experience it to tell others I imagine.

      • Not so much that, but because it's 0 cost for each visit, people could just ring up every couple of days and do a no-show. That's taking away a seat from someone who could pay, and if many people do it (or it happens often) would mean a big loss of revenue.

I don't see it as harsh - assuming they have no issue if you cancel in advance e.g. due to sickness.

        • I think you boys are missing the distinction between 'one session' & 'entire voucher'!

I don’t see it as harsh - assuming they have no issue if you cancel in advance e.g. due to sickness.

You do know what happens when you assume don't you? Hence asking the question for the rep to clarify…yet I hear nothing!
