Becareful with uber eats. Alot of reports of people getting very cold food (including me) went from 30 mins to 45 then the driver delivered another order before mine !! Did get a full refund but unfortunately the actual resturants lose 50%

Yeah uber eats has really gone downhill. This has happened to my hubby twice.

i see people getting uber from maccas ….. chip would be stone cold by the time they arrive ….. they go cold quick enough even in the store …… seems uber gets 30% of the cost ……. why don’t these places simply offer it as cheap if i pick it up myself …

    • Yes I have not been happy with Uber Eats at all.

The offers to existing customers are very poor in my view.

Just got maccas with it but yeah seems targeted.
    My body regrets it’s already

    • Thanks for posting. Its scary the power corporations have.

I'd recommend to stop using Ubereats altogether. It hurts local business as the 35% cut for Uber is above margins. Larger chains absorb this cost by factoring in this overhead and passing it on to all customers through their regular menu pricing (regardless of whether you're having it delivered or not). Uber benefits, but nobody else does.

completely agree, its better just to call up the resturant with what you want and ask for a small discount, which im sure they would be happy to give instead of giving it to uber.

    • I mainly use Menulog now and have never had a problem (Over 5 orders with them)

  • Didn't work with Indian food

  • no worky with pizza

Make the best of it before Uber Eats ceases to exist… appears a few places are getting off the Uber Eats system…
