Dude, some businesses are charged exhorbitant fees by banks for providing CC services; depending on the size of the business & the deal they broker with said bank the fees can be upwards of 3%! Diners always costs more! :o
The larger chains can negotiate much lower fees, thus often choose to absorb those on behalf of the customer; which kind of sets up an unreasonable expectation of all businesses. However, small business often gets held to ransom by the financial institutions & in the interests of survival must pass these on to customers…nobody likes it, but once you understand the rationale you can't really hold a grudge against small business for looking out for themselves, as long as they're upfront about it! ;)

A) How many pages you get out of the included cartridge
B) Is the cartridge refillable
C) How much replacement cartridge?
C) Between $90 and $120 for a replacement cartridge with a capacity of 2,500 pages. Not a very common cartridge though (CWAA0805) - only 20 listings on Staticice and OW don't carry it.

I looked at this printer and found the $85 Canon to be a much better buy once you consider the availability of generic toner carts etc.
