Pretty good price if you're one of the 0.07% of folks who love this series and haven't built a shrine around your copy in your DVD collection honouring this series.
It's showing up as 9.99 pounds on the page - but once I went to the check-out it showed up as 8.50… I'm not sure why. But I won't complain.
Just your common or garden variety deal, but still a good price if your still into those ole fangled dvds.
It comes in a tin. Which is, apparently, commemorative.

I've been watching it recently. Worth paying a few extra dollars for BD if you have the player, and it is the same region code as here, unlike DVD. Excellent series so far.
I got my Pacific BluRay for $48… Jb hifi had it for $60 take 20%.

pretty hard to find a war film/series now that this isn't the case.
Hell, WW2 was just a little tiff until japan bombed pearl harbor and US saved us all!
I think the last American war series that showed US, UK and other troops together was Hogan's Heroes.
But really, this series is about Easy Company, not the whole Western front.
Does anyone know if this is a region 4 DVD set? Would like to buy this for my Dad but I don't know if his DVD player is multi-regional…

If you cannot google a way to make your Dad's player multi-region, just buy him a new one for $30-$50.
