    I'm gonna stop buying Zapals stuff as I have about 15 outstanding orders since Feb that has not yet been delivered. Anyone having similar issues?

      I have got 60%-70% items delivered..sometimes they come in bulk..
      try reaching customer care.. they may be able to give some update.

      Yep me too, they have dropped the ball recently and they also don't respond to tickets anymore. Just raise a paypal case if you didn't receive an item as they won't respond there either and you will be refunded.

      It can take up to 45 business days to arrive. Not exactly uncommon to get orders from Feb until April.

        They have been pretty good usually and was rather consistent to the point that my family asks me "the parcels have stopped coming?".. Occasionally maybe one out of the many will take this long. But none of my orders have arrived since the order from 1st Feb. I know it's not stolen either because I do actually receive my ebay and GB stuff as well. Just Zapals stuff missing.

          No idea, but I don't get my stuff for 2 months. Time hasn't changed recently, just picked up my late Jan batch the other day.

      Yep, I still have 2 from January, one from the 12th. They said just wait some more, as usual. Fortunately PayPal gives you 180 days to make a claim but it is frustrating nonetheless.

      Yeah, have a few things that are way late. Late as in - provision for chinese timeline for shipping (kinda like provisioning for Chinese lumens) but going even longer. Some stuff is so quick, and some stuff might take a quarter of a year. Whacky

      Have had a couple of overcharging and mystery including of items onto invoice (last few days).

      The Ultimate diss was going onto the Chat Line, see that a rep has read my Q then see the rep go offline and dissapear without answering.

      I bought some stuff from ages ago too. Waiting for the sharp table corners. But I don't feel like disputing it because I technically only paid for shipping. Maybe that was their plan.. to make you feel bad about raising it with them if you don't get it. Administration would be difficult if everyone chased it up.

      45 business days means 9 weeks in total. So it may arrive sometime soon. From my experience, some stuff arrived after 3 months.
