Oh you want to redeem your Flybuys points for an eBay Voucher, sorry I misread. I had a look and it's in the rewards section on Flybuys, then click on 'money off shop' and eBay is there, direct link.
Most people redeem their points for Flybuys dollars which you can used at "Coles Supermarkets, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor, Coles Express, Kmart, Target, and Kmart Tyre & Auto Service". The credit is loaded onto your Flybuys card, you just use it at checkout to pay, not a gift card. But if you aren't shopping at Coles/Coles Express etc. then eBay is a decent option.
