  You're gonna have to throw the whole thing out, ever since logitech took over the only ultimate ears universal iem with removeable cables is the triple fi 10 mainly due to the fact that all the other models designed before the take over were canned for more mass market orientated products such as bass heavy sound and cooler style.

I managed to get warranty for these and LTS sent me back two new pairs. Excellent service.

How do warranty claims get processed? logitechshop emails do not work and when I query fluidtek, I get ignored. I have already spoken with Logitech who have given me a RMA number, but they asked I go through logitechshop. Can you clear up your contact details?
