Picked up order at 5:30 & about 20 free orders waiting. Staff were flat out cooking. That was start of evening. Won't take long to serve 100. And over 100 clicks so far!
Friendly owner greets you in his small old style Asian take away. Checks order on tablet. We had a good chat about Japan - he's from Taiwan. Guess owner wants to expand his operation. 1 small table & 4 chairs outside.
As for the Ramen - basic (my first time with take away ramen but regular in-store eater in Japan).
No utensils with order, but may be available.
Need to assemble it yourself (bowl of stock, container of cooked noodles, container of egg etc, packet of either fried chicken or prawns).
Little flavour in Tonkotsu (stock), noodles were stuck together but loosened in stock - only adequate.
Fried chicken was moist, tender & delicious.
May be better another time when paying.I didn't rate their ramen. I do love their Mongolian beef though!
The ramen is a new addition, which may improve with time & feedback. Not sure ramen is a good choice as a takeaway. For now there are cheaper & better ramen close by.
I assumed their core dishes may be much better. Might put the $10 credit towards the Mongolian Beef.

Went back for seconds today. Much better!
Few customers, only 1 other free order - most paying at lunchtime.Sat inside store to eat (2 tables, 6 seats in aircon). Stock was much hotter & tastier (not steaming as should be with good ramen - but it's a takeaway & was waiting for me to arrive).
Spoke with Vivian (owner) - they make their own Tonkotsu (stock), noodles are imported from Japan. Asked what had been the feedback - positive except for the noodles. Noodles are bit tough & stick together (especially at ends) - an issue with takeaway noodles (fall apart if left in stock, dry out if not in stock). They are open to feedback - a positive sign.

So a more positive experience eating in store. I'll be back. Tomorrow?
