Ben Squires, Steph Broadbridge and Tom Sanderson are three Sydney comics who’ve decided to see how their material plays in a city with decent infrastructure and a reliable public transport system. Presented by Powerbomb Comedy, Ben, Steph and Tom’s Split Show is a showcase of their best bits from the last few years of gigging. See three of Sydney’s funniest acts at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival before Steph makes it big, Tom moves to Melbourne and Ben decides it’s time to fall back on his creative writing degree.

Ben Squires
Successful Raw Comedy Heat Participant (2014, 2016), Ben came runner up in the 2014 ‘Get Up Stand Up Keep Cup’ competition at Sydney University, an educational institution he did not attend, and hasn’t looked back. Ben was also selected to perform as part of Comedy on Edge’s Future Superstars of Comedy Showcase in 2015 and accordingly should hit his peak in 2018.
Stephanie Broadbridge
Steph is one of the hardest working (and funniest) comedians on the scene and has played everywhere from someone else’s lounge room in Coogee to Sydney’s famous Comedy Store. A regular at all the best rooms in the Harbour City, it won’t be long before you see Steph’s name up in lights, and not just because of her part-time lighting business.
Tom Sanderson
One of the godfathers of the now-burgeoning Sydney Open Mic comedy scene, Tom is fast becoming one of Sydney comedy’s favourite figures. A NSW RAW State Finalist in 2017, Tom’s got his eye on a move down to Melbourne, so you should see him now before while he’s still an exotic fruit.
