Man don't like your chances with either the kogan BOGOF deal at the moment:

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/364001

OR for those who like international calls included Lebara deals like:

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/363828

Especially with your $10 sim delivery fee.

    • Meh, I'd rather pay per month than fork out $300 at once.

With a $50 dollar Kogan Voucher ($10 on gumtree which is canceled out by $10 referral credit) it is $249.90 for 2 plans ($124.95 a year each).
And as pointed out by Bellpop below $10.41 a month for 6GB unlimited calls/text and NO $10 sim delivery fee or penalties for moving to lower plans.

Unless your particularly wedded to Optus there is no comparison.

Might be OP's family and friends?

I used to be with Jeenee but the bandwidth on the network was pretty poor in Sydney CBD during peak hours.

ALso, they don't have any international roaming!

When I moved to Aldi mobile they charged a pretty massive exit fee, or whatever the name was.

Aldi is $25 per month, unlimited talk/text, Telstra network, 4 Gb data.

For me, the international roaming, better network and better customer service totally worth it.

Yep, bad time to post, so many other better deals at the moment.

Meh, all of the "better" deals from Aldi, Lebara, Kogan etc use the Vodafone network, which is utterly useless in my area. Optus coverage and speeds are much better in my experience.

      • Optus coverage = better
        Optus speeds = useless.

As bad as Vodafone was in my area in regards to coverage, Optus is that bad in terms of speed.

        • Obviously it varies by area, so your own experience is likely to be different. Vodafone reception range is abysmal around here, and the speeds are pretty ordinary if you do get a signal.

        • @klaw81: Optus speeds are actually hopeless wherever there is people because of everyone streaming data free Netflix, Spotify etc. If you do manage to have not many people around you streaming stuff, it's alright but that's not exactly a common occurence.

        I though ALDI was Telstra

        • Ooops, you're right - Aldi is Telstra.

I was thinking of Kogan, who used to be Telstra but later switched to Vodafone.

  • Is this available for existing customers or new connections only?
Any fees for changing to this plan from existing higher Jeenee plan?

  • Offer ends 31/03/2018

Does this mean the price will change after March?
