  • Does anyone know if this can be upgraded to nougat?

  • How does this phone compare to Xiaomi Redmi 5 ?

Don't deal with Tomtop. They will screw you over at every chance and then refuse to refund you. They'll probably send you a house brick and refuse to refund you unless you return it.

They send you anything but the phone you want and then insist, that that is what you ordered. You then can submit photos and they'll reply that that's the phone you ordered, even if it's not.
I had to escalate to PayPal to see if I get a partial refund.
      TomTop should bebanned from OZBARGAIN

      • I escalated something of theirs through paypal and they ruled that they'd refund it if I returned it - with a tracking number (but wouldn't pay for shipping). Shipping anything to China with a tracking number is about $35.

        • I asked for partial refund and keep what they sent me.

        • @cameldownunder:

ordered a power bank off them and after reading the comments months ago rather then wait i fired off an email and then went right to Paypal

So yea i would avoid this Store.

        • @mikezillakind: Got decision from PayPal: Send it back to get refund. Item was $35, so spending $35 to send back for refund of $35 does not make sense. Let down by PayPal, from now I'll buy from ebay with their new pyment option.

  • Battery life is terrible!
