Can anyone confirm whether these are genuine? I know topbuy had previous sunglasses sales, and people were saying they were fakes but there was no confirmation from people who actually bought the glasses as to whether they were fake or genuine.
They have claimed it to be genuine stock. Look like it is an Australian company doing business with ABN
So if these are fake, push them to fair trading.
yea…and they are no Australian company - I've had the privilege of dealing with them and I swear to God, I won't repeat it. They cannot even communicate appropriately in everyday English - leave alone formal business English. Cannot stick to their word. Pathetic.

@ Firefly: If these were genuine they wouldn't be selling at these price. Have you ever been to the flemington or parklea markets. The sunglass sellers there all claim they are genuine but me and you we all now the truth.
@gagans: And then what. What do you think fair trading will do? Fair trading only picks up some of the cases and not all. The best they will do is contact the business and demand they give you a refund. So here you are who now needs to head back to the post office and return the item using one the paid return addresses they have so kindly given to you for you to recieve the full refund. NOT worth it.
oh, and I was so confident of fair trading :( taking care of us.
Its a real shame, these guys easily write its genuine. Should not they be banned for ever from OZbargain.
I also felt bad, when they said, 10 dollars free , when we like their facebook pages with no string and condition attached.
These bunch of genius guys (they pretend) send me coupon with 80 dollar minimum spend and one month expiry.
I think, i will ever do business with them. Like I felt for COTD.
Will be hard to tell from photos but I snatched pair of gucci and Armani from maceys which us eq of our myers for less than 100 usd and sometime I wonder how much they would be as some big names can give discount anywhere from 50-70 %. I remember having 50 % vouchers from my health insurance company for free
