          With the call of duty that is a different version. The call of duty game on sale for $4 was the Legacy Pro edition.
          But with the Skyrim it is the exact same item, they just raised the price, does not sound right.

    Got confirmation that Dishonored 2 has been shipped. Refunded for Mafia 3 and Watchdogs 2 on both PC and XBOne. Wish they'd get you to confirm if you still wish to proceed. Probably too many orders though I guess.

    Those with orders partially cancelled, you may want to check your shipping costs. With your initial order, shipping goes up as you add more items, which is obvious. However, when they do a partial refund, they don't partially refund the shipping costs, so you may be paying more shipping costs than necessary. In regards to how much they should refund you, it depends on your order and how heavy some of the items are. When this happened to me in 2016, I just contacted their customer support and worked out a mutual agreeable amount for refund.

      I ordered 10 games, only 5 of them were shipped. I emailed customer service and they gave me a full refund for shipping. The shipping costed around $15 so that wad a bonus.

        How did you know you aren't getting the other games? I had confirmation of 1 shipped but the other one I has not. I haven't gotten a refund or a shipping notification? you would think by now they would of shipped it if it were available considering other people have had their orders canceled because theres like no more stock :/

    I like how my orders got cancelled except for 1 game in 2 separate orders, yet I'm still paying the full amount of postage…. $13.00 for 1 game

    I had to started a PayPal dispute because they refused to give me a partial refund to the shipping. One game they cancelled added $10.95 to the shipping.

    Picked up my Dishonored 2 LE on Friday. Redeemed fine. I already had the first game on my account so Im assuming I dont get another copy to giveaway? There was only one key in the case.

    They sent me two of the three games I ordered.

    One was refunded, but no postage refunded. Emailed support and they tried to give me $5 store credit.

    I replied saying that I paid with money and don't want credit, and they sent me back an email about how they can't refund partial shipping, and refunded all the shipping for the whole order.

      EB love keeping your money and giving gift cards in return. They're trying to condition you into thinking that EB is the only place you can spend money at for the products they stock. Good to see it isn't working.
