  • Damn I paid $40 for unlocked. Is this one unlocked?

I've just reported you to the police.

        Love how you got down-voted

    • I am not sure if its unlocked but give a call to customer care or store to check.

    • Not unlocked, though you can follow some steps to flash the software and unlock it

      • +2

I did and it screw up the GUI.

        • +1

Same, tried to flash and unlock it and the lights don't come up anymore so looks like its bricked.

        • Same for me as well. Bricked it.

    • +1

Give me your Ozbargain membership. These things are often on special or normal price for $19.

Unlocking it is such a pain, better just to keep buying new ones lol. Normally gets bricked, or the flashing indicators no longer work.

I activated one today and got 10gb. Ymmv

Awesome bonus! Same as a previous deal, but it was $9 back then though… $9 Deal from HN

      • +4

mate..agree but this is the current best price if anyone looking for it.. or keep waiting for $9 deal to appear magically.

      • +6

That's expired, so why did you neg?
Do you own a DeLorean that we can all use?

Telstra prices for this kind of product have been known to fluctuate. So it's time to take the gloves off? Is that what you are saying?

        • +5

          Hi.

        • +2

@McFly: So there you are! … were! Can you take us back to this deal please?

        • +4

@PJC: You know as well as I do that doing such a thing would cause the space-time-bargain continuum to collapse!

        • +1

@McFly: We all know that but then you could select Emergency Temporal Shift warp to avoid crossing our own timelines.

      • +4

So this is not cheaper elsewhere?

      • +5

Hey AstroPhysics, JayCar called. They what their flux capacitor back so they can go back in time to get your deal from HN

        Edit: hmm.. username checks out

    • nice mate.. any trick or Kmart haven't update listing in site about data ?

      • I think it's a temporary thing where Telstra just increases 'included' data during certain promotional times. It definitely didn't say 10gb on the packaging :)

  • +1

I used one of these to feed holiday house that had no broadband and it ran out its 10gb on last and was brilliant. To stop possible phone bill shock.

I need a couple thousands, any ideas how to get all this stock?
Already bought 500 pcs from Officeworks and 220from HN

  • No stock at Fountain Gate

if you keep the receipt and brick it, i just take back to coles or wherever and get a replacement
sometimes even if ive used all the data
