don't bother. Its a waste of money.

    • i'm considering getting this. do u have any personal experiences regarding its effectiveness?

yeh used to work for a company that did it. It is honestly useless.

        • Ok, you've said that it's useless twice - but can you back that up with more detail.

Is there any articles or research that shows how useless it is? Can you go into more detail as to why you feel its not effective or valuable.

This information would be useful so people can make informed judgements, rather than seeing throwaway lines that don't help anyone.

  • I don't know of any articles and I am not going to look any up. I am only saying it is useless because of the experience I have had with it. The "treatment" will only give you a few shades lighter, they basically use chemicals that are stronger then your average toothpaste. If your teeth are substantially stained, then you will be able to notice a difference but on average teeth you will hardly notice a difference. If I remember correctly you are not allowed to eat or drink an hr before hand, this is because the acidity in foods will degrade your teeth slightly so when the treatment occurs it damages enamel. If you clean your mouth correctly you will never need anything like this. If you want to get it done by all means go for it as it is a personal decision and I don't want to put anyone off it.
