    Well as far as I know ,if you still got the old shower head! ,just go to Bunnings with your water bill and you ll get a saving shower head for FREE

        They're selling you water that comes from the sky. Why would they want to help you cut their own revenue? Like everything privately owned, they're a business at the end of the day.

    So this only comes with the shower head not the arm? I need one with an arm as my arm is leaking where it attaches to the wall (muck metal split and dripping out)

    I bought one of these last time. Great quality. I don't know what a 'rain pattern' entails but I like the feel of water flow from this one and have no regrets.
