How long do you have to be inactive for before they send you something like that? If you order every week and then stop for 3 are you likely to get it or do you have to be missing for months
I was inactive for at least 3-6 months before I got the email. I should have ignored the 10% offer as looks like I would have got this one instead.

This is targeted, i have the email for my account since i havent purchased from them for a while but not for my wife which i'm still getting meals for from them. So i would say its targeted as those who havent ordered under their name for a while :)
