To get the excluded from the French VAT:

  1. Sign up first and take the hit on your first invoice, which will include VAT.

    Sigh, I have this server for €7.99 per month. I am not sure if I want to take a €10 setup fee hit just to save €1 per month. It wouldn't be worth it until ~1 year later…
