1st, Choose your preferred package:

Carpet steam cleaning for three rooms - just $58, normally up to $225
Carpet steam cleaning for four rooms - just $68, normally up to $300
Carpet steam cleaning for five rooms - just $78, normally up to $375

2nd, read the T&C:

Valid for rooms up to 15m2
Bigger rooms will count as two rooms
Living rooms will count as two rooms
Hallway more than 7.5m2 will count as one rooms, less than 7.5m2 = FREE*
All furniture must be moved prior to the service, otherwise cleaning will only be performed around furniture
Parking must be provided, or free street parking must be available
Properties with no lift access will incur a $10 fee per level

3rd, check if the following surcharges may apply:

Parking fee if there is no free parking or street parking
$1.00 per additional km if the property address is out of our coverage area, 20km from Melbourne CBD or Springvale

  I have just used these guys and would not recommend at all, job was very average.
  Carpet 2 years old and had no difference at all after the job.

    Were there any specific stains they failed to remove or just the floors were still dirty in general?

      I had noted some small ones before hand, afterwards they were still 100% there no change.

        For your information, most carpet stains can be broken down into four different types of stains:

        1. Water Soluble Stains
        2. Non-water Soluble Stains
        3. Chemical Soluble Stains
        4. Non-soluble Stains

        Water soluble stains are just as they sound. With these types of stains, the material that has stained the carpet can be easily dissolved in water making them relatively easy to remove. These stains can usually be easily cleaned up with a water and detergent solution, for example, like carpet steam cleaning.

        However, Non-water Soluble Stains, Chemical Soluble Stains and Non-soluble Stains cannot be significantly removed by carpet steam cleaning. They needed to be cleaned by different methods.

        Most cleaning company like us, do provide professional services like carpet treatment, stains removal, carpet restoration, etc, to clean those stains which is non-water soluble.
