I wouldn't consider this a "deal" as that pretty much have this same thing every week of the year.

    • I doubt it will be up for long before the mods remove it…

  • It says:

    Mugs
    1 starting at $18.99 Now $13.99

Don't see anything free on that page except for shipping over $100. Maybe I'm missing something?

  • It says $13.99 on the site, where are the free ones ???

  • what's free? there is prices attached to everything

The picture of the mugs free (:
So is visiting the vista print website.
small print(statement excludes internet usage fee's, unless you use a free wireless access point without paying for a VPN and expose yourself to firesheepers which will also cost you loss of privacy) - [if I wasn't sleepy I could make that small print go on forever (:]

I recommend a disposable email address unless you want to be spammed at least twice weekly…

I think they also one-off charge per upload of your own stuff ($1.34)

  • Does anyone know their shipping rates?

    • I think it varies depending on product and method of shipping

  • I got an email about free stuff (max 10 in an order) and 7-day shipping of $5. Seemed too good to be true.

Tried a mug: $1.74 for uploaded logo (is it me or do they print it on the 'wrong' side, unless you're left-handed?)
Shirt: also $1.74 for uploaded logo (white, no design on back)

Went through checkout, selected $20-plus 7-day delivery, at last point, offered 140 return address labels for $7.24 to get $5.50 shipping, making a total of $16.22. Without the labels, it's $28.25.

BUT if you do it with a non-free item in your basket (cheapest I found was notepad for $4.23), the $5.50 7-day shipping (note that photo images and cups will ship 9-day even if you select this option) showed up right on the first screen showing delivery options. Go figure.

P.S. If you order three different items with the same image on them, you only have to pay for the 'photo upload fee' once. :)

I do have to say, though, that with all their previous promos, I've always thought of them as rather scammy. Seriously, those shipping fees are exorbitant. Might try a few this time, though.

    • I thought you choose where the image gets printed on the mug?

As for the shirt, I got one ages ago and it seemed to be a really really low quality. Never used it and I still have it. How was yours quality wise?

      • How low?

I didn't actually place an order, was just scoping out shipping prices to share. -wry-

Not really. It's either 'front' or 'front and back' (more expensive). From the preview image, it kinda looks like the image is printed with the handle on the left..

        • well it was a really thin shirt you could probably see through it if you held it up to the light (as in see through 2 layers of the fabric) it was worse than a $2 white shirt I bought from target.

In fact the one I got from target I used a iron on transfer with and it worked out heaps cheaper and better than the one from vista print.

I did order the shirt probably a year ago though, so maybe they have started using better fabric.

Just keep in mind, the shirt is such a bad quality that I never even tried it on, I just put it back in the box and left it. The box is currently at the bottom of my wardrobe storing a few other things from various vista paint orders (around 200-300 business cards left, postcards, sticky notes, and I think a few notepads)

I believe vista print is good for anything printed on paper, but that's all.

I got some 'free' magnets done….they were really quite good
