Dunno about you but with all these Gearbest sales I have a greater need for a wallet pain relief stabiliser

  • I thought saw this kind of things for $2 on eBay aliexpress… Hmm…

    • I have bought a few of the cheap eBay ones and the quality isn't the same, the cheap ones stretch after a while and become useless.

      • I see.
Around my knee cap, mostly inner parts are pain even with soft touch. Any idea why and how to treat it?

        • Got no idea, have you seen a doctor about it? I have been using knee straps for several years when playing Basketball so have gone through a few different types lol

My Son Plays ball and was suffering from Osgood Schlatter disease. We went to Kim Finch Therapy in Brisbane north and she showed him the Muscle activation therapy to alleviate it. Changed his game. Finch Therapy have many practitioners now. May help.

      .
Gearbest also sell those cheaps one's starting from $3 https://www.gearbest.com/Patella-_gear/
but this one is different a higher quality brand the Cozzine is for a pair and is $10 off their normal price (if there is such a thing on Gearbest as a normal price)!!

With your sore knee see a Physio or a Doctor as it could a lot of different things too risky to expect OzBargainers to know anything except a bargain when they see it !

  • That left leg's going to need a lot of pain relief.

I got a good strap from Daiso for $2.80 for my tennis elbow. Works really well and there were other straps for knees etc as well. Might be worth a look if you have a Daiso store near you.

  • Had a ripped ligament and the following helped me stay active:

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Double-Metal-Hinged-Full-Knee-Su…

Price was about $10 for the same item pictured.

    • How can we move if there is a metal hinges around the knee? Would that prevent or distract foot smooth movement?

      • The metal hinges makes it a little harder to bend. So there's extra support from movement in any direction.

prevent or distract foot smooth movement?

Possibly, I was limping so I didn't care.

I had some very long and heavy work to do for a couple days, and I came out without hurting my knee wearing this.

So I think the model I posted is for heavy injury recovery, rather that strains etc. Just my opinion.

  • Can these be used as elbow supports (wrapped around forearm just below elbow joint)?
