How did you come to that? Prices displayed are already inclusive of discount so if it's 2 for 40 it will be $20 each less 20% which would come to around $16. Unless I'm missing something? Also I couldn't see any UHD's for less than $20 after the initial 20% off. Unless I'm missing something?

Nope, IT was meant to be a few previous release dates and got pushed back to the 17th before landing a bit early (possibly to avoid the same date as Blade Runner and Mother). It’s also out worldwide now according to Amazon US.
But JB does tend to receive and in most cases put on shelves, the new releases on the Monday.
So while you won’t get Blade Runner during this sale, you can likely grab it Monday in store.
Perfect timing for Blade Runner 2049 4K, releasing on the 12th.

Just as an FYI, the HP films are mostly not full 4k, there has been heaps of talk on this, especially the first 3 movies. So may be worth checking to see if you're getting good value.
Films 1 and 2 are real 4K having been film in 35mm and mastered from the print, films 3 to 8 were filmed digitally in 2K and have been up scaled to 4K for the release
Thanks to ZackyD I just got S1-7 of Game of Thrones for $108.70! Not the boxset but the individual blu-rays, which made it cheaper and now I'll have room for the subsequent seasons!!
