  Wow nice phone. About $100 AUD more for 2gb extra ram and decent battery from their other 4gb ram models in the Redmi Note 4X and Mi Max 2 range.

  Good trade off imho. More ram means better app longevity in the background without having to reload back everything.

        I've always wondered if that were possible. There might be slight variations in the hardware, so I'd be inclined not to flash an image, even if it's for the same model.
