Cheapest price I've seen for a while for a genuine copy of Catan.

The 5-6 player expansion is also on sale, although it's price isn't great at $27 + shipping.

      Looks extremely unlikely based on a number of seller characteristics.

      Even moreso when you see this recent feedback: "Deceiving description - beware this is NOT an authentic Fingerling."

  I love Catan but it's not 2-player. Anyone can recommend any good 2-player board games? I already have (and enjoy) Dead of Winter and Splendour.

    Machi Koro can be played 2 players, and the concept is similar to catan

    If you look up the PDF for the travel version, there are instructions for 2 player. Not sure how good though.

    Arkham Horror Card Game is a lot of fun. I'm playing 2 players with my husband and we're having a blast. Caution though, it's a money sink if you want to buy all the packs. Or you can buy the initial game and download and print and play the many excellent fan scenarios out there.

    We also tried the new Fog of Love game which is strictly 2 players. It's intriguing and very different from games out there, where you have to play characters in a romantic comedy.

    If you like mystery solving, I also love Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective, which is also fantastic as a 2-player game.
