    This item costs $2 on Taobao, the Chinese eBay/Amazon. If you buy over 10000 pieces it comes down to 88 cents. They are making a loss on this offer.

        Actually, Orico is a brand name, not the manufacturer. These are sold on 1688 (the 10000 pieces option) which is the Chinese version of Alibaba/wholesale for 88 cents. The best selling brand name for this item is Qicent and it is produced by Hao Cun Shanghai

        @thick: That's how it works for a lot of brands. Several factories supply hundreds of brands. Orico do manufacture other products themselves though.
