I just jumped on chat and asked if i was eligible, didn't mention I had resigned or anything. They indicated I was, so I have an email of the chat dialogue and they have activated it. Might be worth a shot?

Was a pain to get working on my S7, playstore said not compatible. I downloaded an older (oct) .apk from apkmirror.
Is there any reason to get this is you already have spotify premium?
I have a Samsung phone and iPad - but listen to most music through the Echo.

This was advertised as a bonus when I signed up to my Galaxy S8 plan, but the apple music app isn't compatible with the S8. Facepalm!
It works fine for me. Another user above suggested trying to download an older version from APKMirror (it's operated by AndroidPolice, so it's a safe and trusted source).

said that for me too, i downloaded the Oct version from apkmirror and it works fine.
Has anyone been able to use this subscription on the Web / Desktop iTunes version? I can only get it working on my phone that the plan is eligible for. I thought it would work just like a paid subscription but guess not.

Dude I have a legit paid version and this can't get it working. Telstra + Apple = fail.
