    I own a set of these lockpicks and they are very cheap and nasty. The metal is rough cut and still covered in burrs, the kind of thing I'd be ashamed of gifting unless they are under the age of 13.

  • One of these came in handy this morning to open a letterbox in a rental I've just moved into.

  • Bought this set a few months ago, after a number of hours practicing, the only lock I have success of unlocking is that transparent plastic lock, no success in a few other padlocks at home. Given up :-(

    • Might sound a bit strange, but try doing it with your eyes closed. That lets you be a bit more aware of what you're feeling rather than relying on mainly visual feedback. I've found this worked for me, though I'm still very bad at lockpicking I can get some locks (not that I try very often).

      I see what you mean. Trying to crack a padlock in order to steal Eneloops. What about Bitcoins? No physical locks to crack.
