Their IT team won't be back until next week so they can't look at it until then.

They did amend it to extend the existing sub, but after I cancelled auto-renew the date changed back so have to ask them to fix again. So next time there is a deal and you are already subbed you can take advantage of it but need to have your date fixed.
Seems to be anime cartoon streaming on demand.
