I would think it's price matching the market rather than a deal, but if you got the $25 off(Targeted) from them might be a better one at the moment.

The extra 5% off, by purchasing Wish cards from CashRewards, is problematic. Did you successfully do this? I have seen many statements here on OzBargain that you can't officially buy gift cards with other gift cards, unless you find a poorly-trained new staff member, or manage to do it at the self-checkouts without being noticed by the person on duty.
Also, do Woolies have Catch cards larger than $50?
