    On the one hand, backlit makes it easier to see. on the other hand, the russian letters would throw me off.

        The lighting is very spotty and the keys are very clicky (in that cheap way) but hey what do you expect lol. I thought it was ok at $10 already in that it hasn't broken straight away (yet :P) and works well enough for when an HTPC remote isn't enough needing to move the mouse or some Google search.
        A lot more compact than the popular Logitech one and of similar size devices I have a horrible old one that's square, with dedicated simple keys like arrows or numbers; this one doesn't have that same annoyance of having to always "function-key" this or that.

    Amazingly, mine came in the mail today - 8 days from ordering to being delivered in Perth - that's a record!

    BL-5C battery.

    Just need some black paint to cover the Cyrillic. Felt pen not good enough with backlight.
    Backlight is way too bright, might need to add resistors?

        I guess they just throw the adaptor in out of habit. Most devices with li-ion battery include a charger, but who needs more?
        I just throw those cheap chinese non-AU chargers in the bin now.

          Seem to remember the au adapter was mentioned at time of ordering. I certainly don't need another low power USB charger.
