Yes, I had this happen also about 12 months ago. I called them and explained and without much prompting the manager told me to come in and have the difference applied as a refund. was put on my card as well, not a store credit refund. The only condition she said would be if the purchase was significantly well before the sale period. Mine was within I think a week or two so she said no problems.

I remember buying some CDs a few weeks ago and being able to specify whether to click and collect or have the item posted for EACH individual item within a single order - however, I can't seem to do it on the website now.
I'm finding that unless all your items are available for click and collect, you have to get them ALL posted. This isn't great if you are buying say 2 DVDs for $20 and only one of them is available for click and collect.
Anyone able to split an order into click and collect AND delivery?

I've got that bit alright (alas, other issues - mentioned above). For me this is directly under product in cart/checkout process - 'Apply coupon code' underscored. Click on that and brings up box to put code in.

Yes. I never waste ink on printing the coupons. Even if you don't own a printer. Just copy/upload the code to your phone and they will scan or manually type in the code at checkout.
Be aware you can't use the 5% and $20 vouchers from black Friday together.
