How do you confirm these are not fakes? Brand name items like this direct from China stores seems a bit risky.
100% of my last 10+ orders at GearBest cancelled and refunded with no explanation, even for codes that hadn't run out (personal ones), AND after reassurance from the rep that the orders would go through. Ridiculously unusable, broken, poor service, and experience as well.
That's quite strange, because 100% of my last 10+ orders at GearBest went through and were delivered on time (if not earlier) without needing any communication with any representatives.
Curious though, what would make you keep trying to buy from them if even 1 of your orders failed (let alone as many as 10)?
Because some of the items admittedly have the best price available - though that's moot if I can't get an order through without GearBest cancelling them.

Good for you, no sarcasm intended - and yes evidently I'm a corner case - but that doesn't mean that it's not happening.
If I was told why it was happening and it was true and it's something I can fix I haven't then it'd likely be my fault - but in numerous replies I haven't given been given a reason why orders kept failing and even told the next order will be fine, but then they failed too.

There seem to be some nice GB reps/affiliates on ozb, fire them off an sos and they might be able to help in some way. It's a rough situation and I hope they can be understanding to it. Heart goes out to you, nobody want's to miss out on good deals.
@ninjataki: I have tried that - it seems like it may be out of the reps control based on the rep not being able to do anything so far which I'm not blaming them for.

I only had problems with ZTE Axon 7 which they kept pushing back after I had ordered because they did not have any stock.
