Looks like they recycled this deal. No one is buying them I guess.

  • i lol'd when i read it had a floppy drive

These recycled computers have been at that price for ages!
I bought one 2 years ago for a media center for the same price!
should be $50 to $100 max by now.

    • The new hard drive and DVD-RW would cost them about $50 So I would say $100 total would be a good buy

    • I bought a similar system about 2 years ago from an ebay seller with 2g ram, new kdb and new mouse for $150, still going strong.
Agree, $100 would be a better deal.

$232 delivered with a 17" 4:3 monitor isnt too bad for a "workstation" for a small home business or local sports/footy club thats just starting up.

  • Should be under 100 to be a deal.

  • Too expensive for the spec.

  • too $$$

  • Spend the extra buying a basic brand new PC.

As per my previous comments when this was last posted:

You buying a computer that has been run for 3-4 years straight, so it's had heavy usage I have personally dealt with similar machines I can Guarantee you there will be bulging capacitors inside the machine hence they are giving you only 3 months warranty they are not expecting these to last.

You might get lucky but it's a gamble spend the extra take the risk out of it and get a machine that will have components with 3 years or lifetime warranties

    old junk

I've thrown out 50 of these at my work this year as they are just too old, and dodgy. They aren't worth your time, basically garbage.

    Optima went bankrupt ages ago.
