    YF-NC-5022 worked for me to get $50 off, YF-NC-5096 didn't work and YF-NC-5011 only gives half off.

    I've tried their meals through IGA though not their delivery service - hopefully the meals come without any issues.

        I've tried quite a few and it's a bit hit and miss. Only one was spectacularly bad (Creamy Pesto Tortellini), which I attribute more to perhaps a recipe/cooking error as it was just SO lemony rather than creamy/white sauce based. There was one which I absolutely loved (Chicken Pesto Gnocchi, presently discontinued), which made the Pesto Tortellini even more disappointing as I was under the impression the tortellini was just the vego option for the chicken. In general, they're really not bad for a fast, easy meal (I always just microwave mine for 2-3 mins) - I bring them for lunch to work and also have them post-gym for dinner. IGA frequently has meals around 50% off when they're approaching use by date which is a huge plus.

    Delivery arrived earlier than specified time period, most meals use by date 10/12/2017. Mine didn't even ring the intercom and it was surprisingly delivered straight to my unit door though I live in a security apartment (front door to building must've been open I assume). As with others, came with bunch of free stuff. Good bargain for $20!

    Came in today, 7 meals packaged with two ice packs, 4 protein balls and a black box with fork+knife+extra protein ball + 30g of protein

    Protein balls were really good, haven't tested a meal yet :)

    I liked the spaghetti and flaming chicken.
