I did notice a fair few other big names selling for < $40. i.e. Stella, Carlsberg

I searched for locations in WA, and they only seem to be in country towns, or areas with a large bogan population - Armadale, Mandurah, Balga. (If you live in those places, you'll know what I mean. But I know yuppies live there too :-)
