First time poster, looking for a nice gaming laptop for a friend and stumbled across this. not long left in the sale but it's a pretty nifty deal on a GTX1070 laptop with a 4k screen.
Top marks on just about every category specs-wise and far cheaper than at other stores.

Seems like great value for the specs.
I only just bought this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/342948.
After claiming either laptop through work, it would only end up costing me about $400-500 more to get the Omen… some pretty compelling improvements for the coin.
Only draw back I can see is this will run hotter, be heavier and loses the USB-C thunderbolt port… and cost a bit more
