Yeah - Cincy gets mentioned a lot especially in /r/watches. Some claims it's on par with the Omega Natos which imo are already really great.
I am just in the waiting list for an ALS :) It's going to be a very good year next year so it will be the final grail. Unless of course I can get into FPJ.
Omega Natos are regarded as the best, but pretty damn expensive. Widely regarded as the second best is Phenomenato. They are very close in quality.
Other notables are Cincy Strap Works, BluShark (some models available on Amazon), Toxic Natos (got some on the way), WatchGecko/Geckota and NatoStrapCo.
Here is the thread on WatchUSeek about the best seatbelt natos. I have the Watch Geckota one and wouldn't recommend it - too floppy and can't handle a tall or heavy watch head.

Just got my straps… i… i don't think i can go back to my other nato/zulu straps anymore…
Off the top of my head; the quality is not quite as good as the omega nato i have by a slim margin. The finishing and stitching is just that one slight step lower, but the hardware feels almost as solid and the weave is fantastic.
Overall, very very impressed.. will definitely be grabbing a few more when they're on sale, and maybe some patterns i like even if they're not.

Glad you are enjoying it and good to have some more feedback for the straps. Still waiting for mine as i was checking out which straps i should buy (phenom or cincy) and ordered the last minute, in the end also chose the cincy and preordered their new range alongside the old one.

Good to hear feedback. I just got my Toxic Nato. The quality is very high indeed, from the weave, length and fabric to the hardware. Even a one dollar AE strap feels like a waste of money. They are rarely on sale unfortunately.
Still waiting on my NatoStapCo order. But I know I'll be getting a decent strap with longevity.
Might get some Cincy next time they go on sale.
