  Suggestion
  Note time and date of connecting from Top Cashback through to GearBest (and US$ amount spent). This is useful if you need to put in a claim if your purchase does not show up as tracked within a week.

  Usually Top Cashback through to GearBest tracks fine but I am currently waiting for a few to show up. Having both the hour and the minutes helps as the time difference is something like 17 hours behind Aus EST. GearBest time, as shown on your order record, minus two hours equals Top Cashback time.

I still haven't received any tracking email from TopCashback neither the bonus nor 4% or 6% cashback. But I have already received my goods from Gearbest yesterday.       A claim is needed. There is a form to fill under customer care. Lately TopCB to GearBest has not been consistently tracking. Used to be faultless tracking.

      In page one of the form pick a date and time from the select list to match your order:

      TopCB time = GearBest time (as shown on your order) minus 2hours give or take a few minutes
      TopCB time = Australian EST time (when you ordered) minus 17hours give or take a few minutes

      The US$ amount is in your GearBest email of order.

      For 'customer ID' I put my email, as that is what I log onto Gear Best with.
      I think all the other fields in the claim form can be cut and pasted from your GearBest order listing (various tabs) or the GearBest email of order.
