    Hi guys,

Happy to help with any query you guys might have, regarding this sale.

Just to clarify, it is an in-store promotion only, running at our Castle Hill, Bankstown, Blacktown and Villawood locations between 6 - 8pm.

Let me know by sending me a message, or commenting below and i'll try and get back to you as soon as I can!

    • Will there be other discounts at each store, or is it just what's on the flyer? Cheers.

Good question - I can confirm there will be more exclusive deals store-to-store. But if there is something you like on the night, feel free to ask us for a deal! We'll do our best to negotiate a reasonable deal. We want to make more room for our Christmas stuff coming through for next month, so the more stock that's sold, the better!

    • Any deals on Audio Technica M50x?

  • This link might be more informative.

    • Good find! Don't think I can edit the link now though :/

  • anyone know if AOC 25" 240hz Freesync Monitor has acceptable colour for photo editing (lightroom, photoshop)?

Also I wonder how many quantities are available for each product on-sale tomorrow?

    Thanks

    • Hi Smaland,

Regarding the monitor; it is primarily a gaming monitor with the low input lag/240hz etc, however for design purposes, I think you'd be better off with something else. I managed to find this excerpt from a review:

"It also covers a decent 93% of the sRGB colour space (68% AdobeRGB) and has an average Delta E of just 1.03 (maximum 2.74); closer to zero is better. Both these figures show that the monitor can display most colours properly and so is unlikely to suffer colour-banding issues.

The default setting has the brightness at only 90 out of 100, but this still delivered 318 nits of light, which is more than bright enough.

The only figure that’s slightly off is gamma, which is a little low at 1.84. This results in darker colours appearing a little lighter than they would at the correct value of 2.2. This is a feature sometimes found on gaming monitors where the manufacturer wants to give you “the edge” when facing foes in darkened corners."

Going off the gamma settings comment alone, I'd say you're better off with a full sRGB monitor that's purely made for editing/design work. Something like this BenQ BL2420PT 2K QHD IPS sRGB 100% Screen $399

Regarding the sale quantities, from what I can see right now, we have on average between 5 - 60 of each product between each store, but this inventory is subject to change until the sale itself.

      Hope this helps!
