Hey i am having similar issues stuck on one step after yours "arrived destination country" since 16th. I tried calling them, but was put on hold for over 20 minutes so i gave up. their email support is also not working on their website. the live text support was annoyingly slow but i got through after half an hour. the guy said that he would escalate my case and email me back in 3-5 days. not sure how patient you are but it may be worth a shot waiting on live chat support but it doesnt sound normal so far
My order came about a week ago. However I did request a refund/ return for the 1st order I made due to incorrect sizing, and it has been about 2 weeks and haven't heard back…
Mine is exactly the same. Hasnt moved in 11 days after being 'released by customs'.
spoke to them yesterday online. Said mine was being sent to Fastway in the next 3-5 days. Yours could be the same. they gave me a Fastway tracking number which doesn't work (yet)

To be honest, Nike has the worst return system and waiting time I ever experienced; taking forever and require you to contact them a couple of times to push them to do their job!! They are not capable of doing their job and handling a pair of shoe in their non-efficient system.
