  • The worst warranty and customer service to ever exist. Avoid at all costs

    • Probably because their products are so well made that they don't even have that much experience with customer service. At least for the MIJ products.

      • Their MIJ are $600 football cleats, they better be well made, but still with a $600 shoe it should come with good CS

  • Only running shoes I'll ever buy. Tough as nails. In 10 years and 10 pairs on wave rider and wave inspires, I've never had stitching or glue fail. I used to be lucky to get 10 weeks out of nike adidas brooks etc. Customer service is pretty average. They rarely answer their phones or reply to emails but a great shoe nonetheless.

    • How many kms a year do you run on average?

    • In 5 months I had the black attachments to the soles falling off mine (glue failure). They didn't care because it took me until 6 months and 2 days to complain and they said it was against their policy to give a shit (proverbial) after 6 months, even though the damage had happened prior.

They don't care about ACL even though they can't provide any evidence that people allegedly replace their shoes every 6 months, which just isn't realistic.

They also at one point told me my wave riders had no warranty because I used them for walking when they are a running shoe. I don't know whether to cry or roll on the floor laughing at that one.

Now, the Mizunos I had 10 years ago were bullet proof. My riders from 2 years ago were not. But with such garbage coming from their support (lol) team, don't touch Mizuno any longer imho
