Initially I ordered half size up, but canceled and re-ordered half size down. There is mixed feedback about the sizing. Hopefully they fit.
@WoodenSpoon: I went half up. R/Sneakers most said size up for fat feet. They run pretty narrow at the toe too. Great find.
Running shoes are almost always a bit narrower than regular shoes (for some strange reason, no idea why). I've always ordered half or 1 full size up and it's never let me down (my usual size for regular shoes is UK 7 or US 8).

Read the reviews of the product before you buy. I've had terrible experiences with some Nike shoes that were less than $150. Squeaky shoes, fraying material and cheap foam.
