      Answer it myself.

      Just read the label: to reuse the bottle, put 250ml concentrated seasol and top-up 750ml water before hosing.

      That means this is one-quarter of the concentration.

        Thats before diluting it with the hose as well. I use the concentrate with my watering can and they recommend 30-100ml per 10L watering can depending on the application

    Any thoughts of emptying the bottle and filling with car wash to create “foam gun” to get soapy water on the car?

      you won't get foam, just lightly soapy water. May as well mix it up in the bucket as per normal and dump it on the car that way
