Discovery 9 - $600 of talk and text ($200 of talk and text to anyone and $400 of talk to Live Connected mobiles) + 200 MB of data. Total Min Cost over 12 months $127.88
Discovery 11 - $730 of talk and text ($330 of talk and text to anyone and $400 of talk to Live Connected mobiles) + 500 MB of data. Total Min Cost over 12 months $151.88
Discovery 15 - $730 of talk and text ($330 of talk and text to anyone and $400 of talk to Live Connected mobiles) + 1 GB of data. Total Min Cost over 12 months $199.88

Just saw this on their website:
No plan change fee to move between the Discovery plans.
You can now move up or down on your Discovery plan without a plan change fee.
You can choose to move down plans within the Discovery series without incurring a contract cancellation fee. For example if you’re on a Discovery 11 and decide for a month to move down the Discovery 7, you can.
No fee to activate international roaming.
Our usual criteria of a good credit history and a good payments history applies.
