  This maybe common knowledge but I was just reading the FAQ's:

  You just click the "BUY" button to accept the deal! If enough people sign up for the deal, your credit card will be charged, and you will receive an email with instructions as to how you can print your Zoupon and collect your offer. If not enough people sign up for the deal, you'll receive an email notifying you that unfortunately, everyone missed out. Be sure to tell your friends so that doesn't happen!

    I've bought Zoupon, Scoopon, Ouffer, Jumponit, Spreets… never had an issue with any of them. If you're concerned, just call the place that you intend going to and ask them if the offer is valid. You'll find they're more than happy to explain the offer.
