In my experience, best time to book a ticket is around 7am (AEST), once the website is running again and all the desperate people have collapsed of insomnia.

Make sure you press on cancel to remove the optional insurance for a cheaper trip.

    Weird, I can't seem to find any discounted flights from Bali->Perth. And all flights after 11 August 2010 show up as unavailable.

    I know their whole fleet is pretty much either a varient of A330 or A320.

    My very first Air Asia flight was pleasent.. we were stuck on the plane with the left engine failing to start for 1 hour. Every time they tried to start it you could hear this screeching sound.. ahaha. That was a year ago and I'm still alive so all is good. But then again I did get MEL - KUL return for $200 for that trip..

  got hold of quite a few super cheap flights.
  eg. phnom penh to bangkok for $10 all up. bangkok to surat thani return (to goto koh samui) for $27! :)
