  • I went to this in Sydney having enjoyed others in Vegas. I wish i could have my time back.

    • So it's not really as good here? Worth seeing still?

      • There was very little in terms of feats of acrobatics, strength etc or otherwise that make you go 'damn that was good'. Visually it was quite good but meh anyone can dress up and prance about. I want to be dazzled or amazed in some way. I was not. I would not recommend Toruk. Better off going to gold class cinema i'd say :)

    • Same. Over of an hour of yawning fest. Most disappointing show, and I've been to 3-4 shows before.

    • Yeah I've seen a few Cirque shows around the world (Vegas, Singapore, LA, HK) , but the ones in Australia seem to not be as good. It's like watching NBA vs High School basketball

The reviews of this are terrible. I wonder why Cirque choose to tour it instead of an older one. They'll put off customers from retuning.

It's a good deal though. Downvote seems a bit harsh

If it's a terrible show then surely paying any money for it is a waste if money? The reviews suggest that it's a waste if money.

I can personally confirm that it was terrible as we went to see it last weekend and left during the intermission.

Terrible show. I would not recommend it. I have watched quite a few Cirque Du Soleil before and loved every one of them but Toruk really disappointed me. A lot of my friends who went had left at intermission. I only stayed for the whole show because I paid a lot to get good tickets in presale. Don't waste time and money.

    • My wife and I went last weekend and we left during the intermission, almost no acrobatics, terrible story.. it was the first Cirque Du Soleil show that I'd ever been and my expectations were high, don't think I'd bother seeing another one.

  • My wife and I went to see this last weekend in Sydney, and left during the intermission. I thought as a fan of the movie and acrobatics that it would be great.. sad to say it was not, there were very few acrobatic feats and overall the story I'd give a solid 0/10. Read reviews before you buy into this, it seems to be the achilles heel of Cirque.
