These seed mixes are useless if you want a lawn.. it's thin and patchy and will burn away in the summer… go kikuyu or a quality couch grass

Perennial Rye grass looks more like a weed than grass…keep that in mind.

  This is a turf type perennial rye grass. Not the clumpy type. They use similar turf type perennial ryegrasses at the MCG… exceptional grass.
