    @Gearbite - thanks for the shipping information. I purchased mine yesterday and ebay says it will be ready for collection (click and collect chosen) on November 13th. Seems a very long time. Will I receive it earlier seeing as you're shipping it on Monday? I live in Perth metro area WA

      Most of orders' ETA would be much quicker. Please check update on Monday or Tuesday. If you ordered before 11am 28th Oct, you will in first batch. If you use vacuum very offen, Please check our english manual at http://70.32.83.156/ebay/gearbite/vacuum.pdf . The maintenance section will show how to maintain your accessories.

    Great vacuum - but seriously - gearbite is a mile ahead of SS for service.

    At the same price (or even a little more) - just book through Gearbite - much better experience should things go wrong

    Does "AU Plug" mean another country plug with an additional Australian adaptor or factory Australian plug?

      I believe it means that it comes with a factory AU plug supplied by Gearbite which replaces the plug by the supplier to ensure it complies with aus standards.

    Also, there seems to be two versions of this device - a version "2" which is revised version. Is this the newer version or older one please? Reason I ask is version 2 seems to mention better sensors for keeping 1cm from walls etc…

    Does vacuum come with any accessories like virtual wall or extra filter or brush or just the unit itself with attached accessories?

    I need one or two virtual walls to stop it from going into the bathroom area and down some stairs just in case the cliff edge detection doesn't work at night or something.

    Got mine, very happy except it doesn't seem to go all the way into the kitchen, it only cleans about 1/3 of the way into it and send to think there is a wall the when it is just a continuation of the tiled floors, any suggestions?

      Is it encountering a black floor or portion thereof? Apparently it sees this as a drop/stair and avoids.
