In case of termination you will have to delete the Song and any copy thereof in your possession. We expressly reserve the right to claims for damages and/or injunctive relief in case of violation of the above licence terms.

3. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and Commonwealth of Australia, to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not affect the applicability of mandatory statutory laws such as consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
